Radio Localization Student Research Group „LORAD” was established in 2016 at Warsaw University of Technology. It brings together undergraduate and postgraduate students from Institute of Radioelectronics and Multimedia Technology. LORAD’s main field of interest are radio localization, especially those intended for indoor localization. The exemplary areas of group interests are:
- indoor localization and navigation of autonomous robots
- UWB localization systems
- inertial localization systems
- SLAM systems
In its projects LORAD cooperates with UWB Systems Research group.
